Market Your Business Like Jeep Does

DSC_0038Every company no matter what it makes has certain strengths that they do better than their competition.  At the 2015 Chicago Auto Show, Jeep put all of their strengths on display in an off road track they built, this track actually had dirt, mountains, logs and rocks, to simulate any condition that you will go through driving.  If you haven’t done so already I suggest watching the Video, from inside the 2015 Jeep Cherokee, so you can understand where I’m coming from.  In the past I felt Jeep was too expensive, but what they do with this test drive was, justify the more expensive price.  Jeep is not the best looking SUV, they don’t get the best gas mileage, Jeeps don’t go longer without breaking down, but when it comes to off roading, Jeep separate themselves from the rest of the pack.  That’s what we do at WWBC Media we not might not be the best photographers in the world, but what good is the best picture if nobody sees it. How many photographers do you know can write code or apps, design websites, or market your photos online.  Anybody that has a website needs marketing, but most website designers don’t market. It’s not just about creating the content, but what you do with the content that really matters. And that’s what separates WWBC Media from its competitors.

Jeep got me, I’m officially a fan of Jeep now.  Think about it if they’re the same price range or even little bit more expensive. It especially becomes a good buy when compared to an average SUV, that can’t go off road, that would get stuck in the Chicago snow, and won’t automatically break when I’m going downhill.  And if I don’t need any of that extra horsepower or features I could press one button and turn all that power off and still have an SUV gets 30 miles to the gallon.  I always say it’s better to have something and not need it than need it and not have it.  So if I had the choice between a Honda, Toyota, Hyundai, and Jeep, I’m going to go with the Jeep.  And I feel this way all because of the test drive.  I was on a 30 degree angle going up hill and the driver took his foot off of the gas pedal, and the Jeep automatically, glued itself to that hill somehow.  It felt so scary at first, like I was going up a rollercoaster because, he was going up the hill so slow. The whole time the Jeep kept  control and I was very impressed. In business sometime you have to show your strengths to your potential clients.
